Welcome! I am so glad you’re here. My passion is to help people live authentic, meaningful, and connected lives. It’s an honor to therapeutically partner with people on their journey to health and wholeness. I received my MA in Clinical Psychology: Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and am currently a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience in working with minors, adults, and families with a wide range of issues and specialize in working with trauma, mood disorders, parent-child relationships, identity formation, and spirituality. Using warmth and empathy, I provide space to explore relationships and process experiences that have left people feeling disconnected from the lives they desire. I address areas of deep hurt holistically by incorporating cognitive, somatic, and trauma-focused interventions to restore clients’ connectedness on every level. I look forward to partnering with you to create a safe, compassionate space for you to experience growth and healing.
