I have a passion for helping women navigate new and ongoing motherhood while adjusting and embracing their roles. My clinical background includes a decade in the field of psychology, education, and business and years of experience in a private practice setting. I have specialized training in attachment-based therapy, trauma-focused therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Prepare/Enrich premarital/marital therapy, and Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I strive to accept you without judgment, to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion, no matter how painful your experience may be.
